Visit of the Terrestrial Halong bay

Day 1 : Hanoi - Halong (L, D) (3h30 - 4 hour’s drive)

Departure from Hanoi at 8:00am to Halong Bay. When you arrive in Hongai harbor at 12:00, boarding on our junk. After the welcoming drink, the junk cross the Halong bay while you are having a seafood lunch. Free time to rest while the crew will stop the engine to travel full sails. Boat-ride to Ca tunnel and discover a hidden lake surrounded by cliffs full of monkeys (endangered species). Then, locals will take you on small boats to show you their village: the floating houses and the fish-tanks below them, the floating school for their children. Cruise to Ong Cam bay. Finally, the Junk will drop the anchor in a remote area free of tourists in Lan Ha bay. Dinner and night aboard. 
 
Day 2 : Cat ba – Hai Phong – Ninh Binh (B, L) (2h30 – 3 hour’s drive)

Watch the sunrise if the weather makes it possible. Breakfast aboard. You could discover the beauty of Lan Ha bay with its stunning beaches, its tunnels and its floating fishing villages. Stop in Ba Trai Dao beaches for swimming and lunch. Check-out before 10am. Lunch aboard. Disembarkation at Cat Ba. Free time to discover Cat ba Island. You take the fast ferry at 2:30pm to Hai Phong where you driver are waiting for you to drive you to the Terrestrial Halong bay by crossing the Red River Delta. Night in Ninh Binh. 
 
Day 3 : Land Halong -  Hoa lu – Hanoi (B) (2h30-3 hour's drive)
 
After breakfast, at 8:00am, you take a paddle boat, led by inhabitants for a 2h cruise on the river. After the visit of the 3 caves of Tam Coc, you ride a bike to go aroud Bich Dong pagoda. Your driver will drive through villages to Hoa Lu, the ancient capitale during the X^th century. Come back to Hanoi at the end of the afternoon.
